Welcome to tryiq.org ("us", "we", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (the "Service") and any related products or services provided by us. By using the Service or buying a product from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.
2. Products and pricing
Digital products: We sell digital products related to IQ testing. The core product is access to your IQ test result and related content.
Price plans: We currently offer two one-time purchase plans: Standard - $8 USD and Pro - $19 USD. What is included in each plan is shown on the checkout/payment page at the time of purchase.
No recurring billing by default: Unless we explicitly state otherwise on the payment page for a specific offer, purchases are one-time charges and not subscriptions.
Delivery: The product is delivered digitally and made available immediately (or as soon as payment is confirmed) through your account/session on our Service.
Customer responsibility: It is your responsibility to review the selected plan, pricing, and these Terms before completing payment.
Refund policy: Our products are digital and delivered immediately after payment confirmation. For this reason, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access to the result or digital content has been provided.
Exceptions: If you were charged more than once for the same order, did not receive access due to a confirmed technical issue on our side, or are otherwise entitled to a refund under mandatory consumer law, we will review and process eligible refunds.
How to request a review: Contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and include your purchase email, payment reference, and a short description of the issue.
Payment security: Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our own servers.
3. Support and Liability
If you experience problems with access or delivery after payment, contact us at [email protected] and include the email used for purchase.
Important: Our IQ tests, scores, and result reports are informational tools only. They are not medical, psychological, hiring, academic, or legal certifications.
Liability disclaimer: We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free delivery at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of tryiq.org or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content without our prior written consent.
5. User Content
You are responsible for any content or information you submit (for example contact messages or account details). You agree not to submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall tryiq.org be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or any other damages, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory of liability.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
